Below is a list of frequently asked questions. this list is not all inclusive and will be updated as new questions arise!

When will my order ship once I make my purchase?

Answer: Please allow 5 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships. Your order may ship sooner than the 5 days, however please allow that time before reaching out!

What happens if my items do not fit?

Answer: I do my best to ensure the accuracy of my sizing chart. Please ensure to always reference the size chart and also read the description for the item. There will always be information about the specific elements of each item. There you will see if an item is true to size, has great stretch, etc.. Unfortunately due to COVID, we are enforcing a FINAL SALE POLICY until further notice. 

How does Pre-Order work?

Answer: Certain items will be open for pre-order for a very short amount of time (2-3 days). Within that timeframe, customers can shop that specific item and will be given an exact ship date. Items will always be labeled PRE-ORDER in the title and typically ship one week (7 days), from date of purchase. In some cases you may receive your order before that time, however please pay attention to the ship date so that you have an idea of when you can expect to receive your item!
