Shipping/Return Policy

EXPEDITED SHIPPING - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE

PLEASE READ: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships. This means that the order could ship on day 8. Keep in mind that we are working around the clock to get orders out as fast as possible and prioritize by the order they are received. Mondays are major shipping days as weekends are spent preparing and packing orders.

Desired delivery dates are never guaranteed which is why we do not have an expedited shipping option available, however adding notes during checkout will increase your chances of receiving your order by a desired date.

Please note: Once your package leaves Three22 warehouse and the postal service has possession, we ARE NOT responsible for lost packages. Please ensure your address is correct and you have your apartment number if applicable. If by chance your order says delivered and it is not at your residence, please take your tracking information to your local post office so that they can figure out the issue. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done on our end.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to COVID-19 pandemic we will not be allowing returns. Our main priority is the health of our family, team, and customers and although we are doing our part on our end to ensure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk.
